About Our Elk, Deer, and Buffalo Hunts

Take to the rolling hills with trees meadows and swamps of the McCoy Hunting Ranch and experience the hunt of a lifetime! You choose your favorite trophy or meat – elk, buffalo or deer.

You can’t help but appreciate al the sights and sounds of the great North American Wilderness – the elk bulls bugling in rut, elk cows calling their young, the beauty of the birds and the majesty of a doe and her fawn.

Experience the challenge of stalking your prey through all types of terrain with bow, black powder or rifle. Thinking you don’t have time to get away? Many of our hunters tell us how much they appreciate our two-day hunts. They can get away from the office, spend time with friends or family members and be guaranteed to get their trophy. Hunts can be longer, it’s your choice.

We can turn you loose on your own or provide a guide. It’s all up to you. We offer hunts for every skill level. You’ll be tired but exhilarated from conquering your quest in a challenging yet fun hunt. To keep the emphasis on “Fun” and less on “Work” we also provide field dressing and meat processing from one of our local processing partners.

Come answer the call of the wild! We book hunts from September through March which can include full service lodging and evenings at the local tavern.

It’s challenging, it’s fun and best of all- affordable! With our pricing starting at $1700, you’ll find our rates are extremely reasonable. Trophy bull elk can score up to and over 400 points. All hunts are negotiable with quantity discounts.
